In March 2024, we bid a fond farewell to Chelsea and moved a few miles up the road to the Iconic Piper Centre in Fulham. With a showroom spanning almost 30,000 square foot, Lots Road Auctions became one of the largest single site auction houses in the Country.
The company became an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT), resulting in the staff becoming part-owners of the business.
A year of seismic change for the business, Roger Ross, owner and founder of Lots Road Auctions stepped down to retire.
Following the retirement of Roger Ross, Nick Carter took the helm as Managing Director, alongside Olivia Hatt as Operations, Finance and People Director. They were supported with the appointment of a senior leadership team.
